The 4S is definitely worth the $100. It has a faster processor and its GSM data speeds are faster, with a theoretical top speed of 14.4 Mbps vs. 7.2 Mbps. The 4S has an improved antenna design that resolves the "antennagate" issue.
DeleteThe iPhone 4 is 3 generations old. When the next iPhone is released the iPhone 4 will probably no longer get updates.
The Nexus 4 is a great phone with better all around specs than any iPhone. But if you prefer Apple's UI and aesthetics get an iPhone.
