RedPocket offered this plan from Oct, 2011 to July 2012 when it was discontinued and replaced with a $54.99 unlimited plan with 1 GB of data.
The $59.99 plan isn't listed on the Red Pocket website's main plans page yet, but it was announced on the operator's Facebook page and is available on the Red Pocket site's Unlimited Plan Refills page. The $54.99 plan is still available as well.
This change comes after competitor America Movil removed AT&T based SIMs from their Straight Talk and NET10 online stores and instituted a 1.5 GB cap on the formerly unlimited NET10 service. America Movil was the low cost leader for AT&T MVNO service but now seems to be severely scaling back the availability of AT&T based SIMs and smartphones. I'm glad to see Red Pocket responding with a more competitive data offering of their own. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other AT&T MVNOs added 2 GB plans as well.
Here's a table listing Red Pocket's current plan lineup:

** Additional data is available by adding a $10 (10 MB) or $25 (25 MB) Data Refill PIN. The additional data expires when the current monthly plan expires.
One thing I don't understand about Red Pocket's data pricing are those options to buy an additional 10 MB of data for $10 or 25 MB for $25. I can't imagine they sell very many at those crazily expensive prices. But I suspect quite a few customers would like the option to purchase an extra GB or two extra at a reasonable price of say, 1 GB for $20.
