    1. H2O (AT&T) 5¢/min, Airvoice (AT&T) $10 plan 4¢/min, PTel (T-Mobile) 5¢/min and Lyca mobile (T-Mobile) maybe 2¢/min otherwise 5¢/min, data is not available on Lyca's PayGo plan.

    2. Puretalk USA's $10-15-20 simple plans work out to be $.04-.03-.02 a minute. Text messages are a third of those.

    3. Pure Talk's Simple plans don't have rollover, so the minutes expire at the end of the plan month. But if you use most of the minutes every month these plans can be a good deal, especially for AT&T coverage.

    4. go with the Puretalk FLEX plan where you get rollover on the minutes and you'll bring it down to about 3¢-2¢ after 2-3 months and 1¢ after 4-5 months -- depending on how many minutes you have accumulated and if you really don't talk too much on the phone.

    1. Users report that Lycamobile is still charging 2¢/minute for domestic calls although their customer support will say it's 5¢.
