H2O's easyGo Launches With $20 Unlimited Talk & Text, Including International, 100 MB plan

AT&T MVNO H2O Wireless has launched a new sub-brand called easyGo that emphases international calling and messaging. In addition, easyGo ties with Airvoice for having the least expensive unlimited talk and text plan currently available from any AT&T based operator.  $20/month buys you unlimited talk and text plus 100 MB of LTE data.  Airvoice's $20/month unlimited talk and text plan also includes 100 MB of data but it's HSPA+, not LTE and is throttled to 128 Kbps after the first 50 MB.

The $20 plan also includes unlimited calling and texting to 11 countries; Canada, China. France, Hong Kong, Israel, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and Venezuela; including to mobile phones in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Singapore and Thailand. International direct dialing is supported. To call other countries easyGo offers $2 and $5 International cards. International credit never expires. Sample rates include Cuba 50¢/min, Laos 2.90¢/min, Haiti 17.8¢/min, Guatemala 10.2¢/min and Dominican Rep – 1.6
¢/min.

If you need more than 100 MB of data per month, easyGo offers additional data at the very attractive price of $10 for 1 GB. Best of all, unused data does not expire and rolls over for as long as the line is active.

H2O doesn't have the greatest reputation for customer support but other than that the $20 easyGo plan is an unbeatable value if you need unlmited talk and text plus reasonably price LTE data.

easyGo also has a $4.99/30 day Pay As You Go plan  with rates of 5¢ per minute, text or MB of data. PayGo data is 3G rather than LTE but there's no extra charge for international calls and texts to 60+ countries.

SIMs are free for the $20 plan, $9.99 for pay as you go.

  2. Airvoice's $20 is also 100MB, not 25MB.

  6. What's good about LTE data over Airvoice 4G if you will only use up to 100mb? Nada!

    1. Wait until you get their CS. Absolutely Abysmal!!!!!!!!!!!!! H2O CS is abysmal as well. That is why Airvoice has been my choice for years.

    2. I agree - H2O has abysmal CS! I left them last year.

    1. i' just got that. Toward the end it kept taking my minutes rapidly and reminding me to refill my account and then when i still had over 10 minutes and tried to make a call that would have only taken one minute it said i didn't have enough airtime to make this call and wouldn't allow me to make any calls even though i have over 10 minutes left. They want me to refill my account while i still have a balance left so that I lost that balance. Already I don't trust them if they are going to cheat me out of my time.

    2. I have the same problem, and every time I call they can't do anything, they just take my credit and say that I have no credit, their customer service is a joke, I guess they just got people from the street and gave them credit, they really ripped me off

  11. Does easy go charge for sim card or is it free when you buy a plan.

  13. Seems pretty awesome! so my question is: why should anybody now wants the $30 plan of h2o?

    1. It is hard to imagine why, unless you can only manually add data cards when required. That would be awkward if there is no auto-top-up method. I like to set it and forget it.

      Delete
    2. Just talked with H2O support to confirm this -- you really can only manually add data cards. No auto-top-up, not even just online manual top-up. Gotta buy the cards. Pretty awkward. Might be a deal breaker.

    3. Callingmart sells the feature cards at a discount used to add data, and might apply them to your account when you buy.

  15. this is not a bargain.. ultramobile, offers better for 19.99 which is pretty much the same thing. I pay an extra 5 for 500 more megs of internet.. so it ends up costing me about 25.00

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ultra might be cheaper if you can live with native T-Mobile coverage. For many of us that means no or very limited coverage. EasyGo is on the AT&T network.

      Delete
    2. Ultra Mobile charge tax and easy go don't. 20 flat

      Delete
    3. Well, plenty of tmobile MVNOs have better deal (I'm with GivMobile $20 plan and I get 250 mb and also Lycamobile offers more) but the point is the coverage.
I can't wait to port my number to easygo and finally have great coverage in my office (I have no signal under tmobile network).

Plus the fact that I can use 1gb of internet for how long I want is pretty awesome. When I had 1gb with the $30 plan I only used 400mb so 1gb can last me 3ish months and my monthly cost would be $~23/month

    4. Other question: if but the plan and the extra GB and after one month I switch to paygo, will I lose the gb?

  16. Will a H20 sim card work on Easygo and who can confirm this working?

  18. Is it possible to buy the extra GB online?

  19. Is data LTE? Their terms and conditions say 3G, but the data top up page says 4G in one place and LTE in another. Dennis?

    1. Who knows. I haven't seen any reports of someone using EasyGo on an LTE phone and confirming whether they get LTE or not.

    1. I just switched to easygo this month from h20 and confirm data is LTE. I work remote and needed a plan for unlimited talk and option to add data when required. This is the best I found

  22. Please before you purchase Easygo Sim or transfer your number read what I'm saying carefully!!
I was with Ultra mobile and got fed up of their coverage, so I transferred my number to Easygo and that's after I called customer service and asked them about th international calls because I was looking for something which covers france free calls.
The problem started when I started calling france and it was saying that I have no credit, so I called thier customer service again and they gave me hard time, it's such a stupid customer service,.They are not even aware about the packages and some of them say france is included and some say it's not included, one customer service representative asked me is france in US!!!! And they put down the phone after I wait 50 minutes.... it is bullshit!
After I gave up calling france for free, I decided to charge to call so I called and charged $5 and when I tried to call it was saying no credit!!! I called again and again and again!!!!! They put the $5 back then the next day I try to call it says again no sufficient funds! Right now when I'm writing this review I am waiting for them to reply because after I used some of my balance, the remaining is not there!!!
Please do yourself a favor and don't buy easygo Sim or transfer your number to them... I will definitely transfer my number to another network again!

    1. You might have to call via the access number 1-951-489-5089 mentioned at the bottom of this page to get the advertised rate.

      https://easygo.h2owirelessnow.com/mainControl.php?page=devicePlan&p_code=PLNEZU

Dial 1-951-489-5089, then dial 011 + country code + area code + int'l phone number. Do not press send. Just wait a few seconds for the call to complete.

  23. OMG worst customer service ever!

I had a question about easyGo and when I called up, the guy (who was barely understandable) said "this is H2O wireless, never heard of easyGo".

I told him easyGo is RUN BY H2O wireless, and he didn't know what I was talking about!!

    This was TODAY!
