  1. As a PTEL Customer who is being forced to abandon the Chicago Ship, I was planning to sign up for ULTRA's $29 (+$1) Plan...until I noticed that after the 1 GB of LTE Data is used up, the HARD CAP kicks in. Stupid. Since LYCAMOBILE uses the same T-MOBILE network ( which is pretty good here in San Francisco), it's better to sign up with LYCAMOBILE'S $29 Plan.

  2. Dennis, why does ULTRA call these plans the: $19 ; $29 ; $34 ; $39; $49 plans, when they are ACTUALLY: $20 ( $19 + $1) ; $30 ( $29 + $1); $35 ( $34 + $1) ; and the $50 ( $49 + $1) plans? They're not exactly fooling anybody when it comes time to pay!

  3. http://www.walmart.com/search/?query=ultra%20mobile%20sim

Can we activate this pre-loaded sim from Walmart directly on Ultra's website? Do we need to call Walmart or other dealer in order to activate it?

  4. Aside from the $19 and $34 plans, Metro's still a better deal 60% of the time.

They really should've kept the $44 plan.

  7. is the Ultra discount for one month, or permanent?
    i.e. $19 plan - $15 discount means service will be $4/month forever?
seems too good to be true

    1. If you mean the discount for switch ing from PTel, it's a one time discount not ongoing.
