Yesterday, it was reported that AT&T's Cricket Wireless will be offering the Samsung Galaxy S7 as part of its lineup of mobile devices soon. Apart from Cricket, two other brands have followed suit and announced that the Galaxy S7 will be offered under their service plans too. What this means is that you'll be able to choose which carrier you want the Galaxy S7 to run on.

MetroPCS

MetroPCS has announced that they will be accepting pre-orders for the device on their website. And as a bonus, MetroPCS has announced that customers who pre-order the Galaxy S7 will be receiving a free Oculus Gear VR (worth $100) along with a six Gear VR game bundle (worth $50).

To take advantage of this free offer, customers will simply need to pre-register using a valid email, purchase the device by March 18, and head over to SamsungPromotions.com/GearVR so that the requested information may be submitted along with the email address used upon registration. An image of the receipt must be uploaded along with accomplishing the online form by March 21, 2016. The free Gear VR will have a verification time of 4 to 6 weeks. Meanwhile, the six Gear VR games must be downloaded by April 20, 2016.

Boost Mobile

The Galaxy S7 will be arriving in Boost Mobile on March 11, 2016. Boost Mobile has not mentioned anything about free gifts as of press time.

  1. Well, this is surprising: The T-MOBILE version is less than AT&T's and VERIZON's ...Probably better to get the T-MOBILE Branded S7(EDGE) Unlocked and have the option of taking it to a countless score of MVNOs...( Can't beat GSM for options!)

  2. Depend on how much discount regular price. Boost mobile and Cricket doing $100 off on Galaxy S6, if they do same thing on S7, I will definitely choose Cricket or maybe AT&T for easy unlock.

  3. 700+ for a phone? That is two car payments, rent 3 months of gas, etc

    1. You're right ; it is outrageous. You could buy a great refrigerator for less! ( This is meant in all seriousness. )

    2. I can’t wait until Xiaomi begins offering smartphones in the U.S. That will shake up the competition, and their outrageous phone prices. The specs of Xiaomi's flagship phones are amazing for the price, and the good news is that today, Xiaomi announced at the Mobile World Congress that it plans a U.S. launch by the end of 2017.

  4. Cricket will probably require you to stay on Cricket for a long time; no easy "get the phone from them and use it anywhere".

    1. The case manufacturers would love Cricket to put their new logo on the back of all their phones.

    2. Galaxy S6 doesnt have Cricket logo..

  6. It's a fool who leaves a phone without a case on it, whether it has an authentic John Hancock signature on the back, or the "Members Only" logo.

I'd rather have a Cricket logo showing than an Apple logo, myself.
