TextNow Wireless Now Offers the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge for Only $299.99

TextNow today announced the welcomed addition of a new premium smartphone onto their roster of devices. Starting today, interested individuals may now get the flagship Samsung Galaxy S6 edge in black, white, or gold color options. The device proves to be a true powerhouse as it comes with a stunning QHD Super AMOLED display, a 16MP camera and an innovative curve display. In addition to this, the 32GB model is nearly $200 more affordable compared to other carriers. Under TextNow Wireless service, you can get the Galaxy S6 edge as a featured first-class handset for only $299.99.

In addition to offering the Galaxy S6 edge on its product lineup, TextNow also officially announced the launch of international calling. Previously, this feature was only available to Android and iOS users in beta mode. Now, the feature is finally available to subscribers. With international calling, device users will be able to get in touch with their family and friends from around the world without worrying about the high international rates. Apart from offering industry-low rates, TextNow also offers free unlimited domestic calling in the US and Canada. Other countries were users may make free unlimited landline calls include UK, Mexico, France, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Italy, and South Korea.

With these two announcements, all plans under TextNow Wireless now include unlimited talk, text and 2G data. Plans start at $18.99 for 500MB of 3G/4G data and go up to $59.99 for 4GB of 3G/4G data. Considering TextNow makes use of a unique cloud based technology, users are free to use one number across different devices.

  2. Good deal, However I don't trust Textnow Wireless. I purchased a moto g last year from them and it got lost in the mail. Not their fault I understand but they made me wait until UPS finished their 2 month investigation before they would either send me another device or refund me. I had to call Textnow every week and just got the same answer. I'm pretty sure its just a bunch of guys in their mom's basement based on how they deal with everything.

  3. is TextNow a VOIP only service?, if so it would seem their pricing a bit high. Also, same question as previous post; can the S6 be unlocked for other carriers?

    1. VOIP with fallback to cellular voice when data is too slow for VOIP.

    2. Textnow could be unlocked. However textnow phones are using customized rom, if you get rid of it and replace to other rom than will be fine
