Hip Hop 2 Free Plan

Another free plan being offered by RingPlus is the Hip Hop 2 Free Plan. This plan comes with 2,000 minutes, 2,000 texts, and 2,000 MB full speed LTE for $0/month. This plan is available from March 22, 2016 7:30 PM until March 24, 2016 at 11:00 PM Pacific.

Both plans require a $25 Top Up to cover overages. Once the balance reaches $0, that's the only time RingPlus will charge another $25 auto Top Up to your credit card on file. Overages are at 2¢ per unit of talk, text and data.
In addition to the Top Up requirement, both plans need to participate in the social media requirement. If you are interested in getting either of the two free plans, RingPlus requires you to leave a review of a restaurant you prefer from their list on their RingPlus Social Forum. The review needs to be shared on Facebook or Twitter.
Information for an upgrade list and porting can be found on RingPlus' Social Forum. Make sure to read it if you need more details.

  1. If I had a web site about prepaid I'd but a banner across the top: "Ring Plus has a new plan today!" and just leave it there permanently...
    :-)

  2. Is there any way to get these plans if I don't have any social media accounts?

    1. No, but creating a Twitter or Facebook account is free, takes five minutes or less and the only verifiable personal information required is an email account.

  4. This smacks of desperation,
3,250 minutes, 3,250 texts; and 3,250 MB full speed LTE Data for $0/month

All your top-ups are belong to us

Once the flood of "new" signups slows to a trickle , it crumbles.

  5. It's going to be mayhem when they start cancelling accounts.

  6. On a 3k free plan don't you think those initial top ups are basically paid to sprint?

  7. So now the $30 paid plan has basically the same amount of data. I wonder how many people are actually on paid plans?

  8. Ringplus will go broke and start cancelling plans in the future. There is no way they are going to be able to keep giving out free plans. I never go over and there alot of people like me.

    1. if u can use for at least for two months, you covered the top up costs. because for the same amount of data you have to pay at least 30 dollars per month with other carriers.

  9. It's a shame you can't switch existing accounts to the new promo plans.

I've already got a Volt on Leo 5, so it's not worth investing another $25 just for a pissant 500mb upgrade until my usage actually burns through the rest of my initial $20 top-up.

    1. All they want is new customers to increase the number.

  11. Great service, and I love the free plan I have. Wow. I've been with Ring+ a year now and canceled my Verizon. I am so happy to get such wonderful service for free!!! Ring+ has had over 800% growth within a year. It seems like everyone I know is switching to Ring+. Everyone is so happy now.

    2. I don't expect free plans to last forever. RingPlus cancelled most users free plans a year or so ago. Enjoy the free ride while it lasts.
