Tello Celebrates First Anniversary With Promotions for New and Existing Customers

How time flies! Around this time last year, Tello was just introducing itself in the market as a new MVNO operating under Sprint's network. Since then, the MVNO has made a name for itself with its "no fees whatsoever" policy. Not to mention, they offer fully customizable, low-rate plans that allows customers to add minutes, text and data they can use in a month. Its customer support service has also gained recognition that has led the company to have an 8.7 score on Trustpilot and have a number of positive reviews.

Fast forward to a year later and they are already celebrating their first anniversary. In line with its first year of business, Tello has announced a few promotions intended for its new and existing customers:

90% off Super Deal for Newcomers

New customers who purchase a phone plan above $10 will be entitled to a 90% discount. In order to use this promotion, the customer simply has to place an order between May 4-10 and use "BDAY" coupon code upon checkout.

25% off Discount for Existing Customers

All existing Tello customers will be getting a 25% off discount for any plan over $15 that has been changed/renewed/purchased for the first time between the dates of May 5-8, 2017. The coupon code for this discount is "1BDAY".

Free Surprise to Loyal Customers

Tello also wishes to reward its most loyal customers who have trusted them from their first day of operations. Customers who joined the MVNO in May last year will be receiving a special, custom made 100% free surprise as a token of appreciation given by Tello; providing of course, they are still active today.

iPhone 7 Giveaway

Last but not least, Tello is currently hosting a Facebook contest where they will be giving away a free iPhone 7 to a random winner. To join this contest, individuals simply have to share what they love the most about the MVNO on the Facebook page between May 2 and 4, 2017.

Beyond these promotions, Tello is committed to continue its initial promises by offering transparent rates for its products, monthly plans, build your own plan options, and pay as you go credit. The MVNO will follow the same "no fees whatsoever" policy as it has been proven to make their customers satisfied with their services.

  4. Very happy customer here. Super helpful and proactive support staff. You don't find that anywhere else but especially to find it at an MVNO with the best pricing for our use case... Wow. I am glad I found this company, and thank you, Christine and Dennis for this site.

    1. They already offer the lowest paygo rates on Sprint.

If you want even better flexible paygo rates for data, you might as well hop over to US Mobile.

    2. "US Mobile" how do you figure that? More flexible plans perhaps but not cheaper rates..in fact they have a monthly $2 service charge which is only slightly better than sTink.

  9. Congrats Tello. Be careful with your RingPlus converts though, they will steal every cent from you they can until you no longer have an Anniversary to celebrate.

    1. There's no evidence of any Ring Plus customer stealing even one cent.

Nothing to see above. Move Along.
