Back in July Virgin announced that beginning in October they would be instituting soft data caps on all Beyond Talk Plans. Data would be unlimited but after you use 2.5 GB in a monthly billing cycle your data speeds would be reduced to approximately 250 kbps for the remainder of the month. Today Virgin announced that capping won't start until 2012.
