Data Add-On Cards Now Available at Simple Mobile

Nowadays, it's not enough that you have a limited amount of data available on your smartphone. You need to stay connected so you can keep in touch with your loved ones and have access to certain apps whenever you step out of your home. But with wireless carriers offering a limited amount of data on their plans, what do you do when you suddenly run out of data?

Thankfully, Simple Mobile has addressed this concern. The T-Mobile prepaid provider announced today that they will be offering data add-on cards for users who need to purchase more data for their plan.

As of the moment, the prepaid brand only has a couple of 4G LTE data add-on cards available. These options include:

  • 500 MB of 4G LTE data - $5
  • 1.5 GB of 4G LTE data - $10

You can add the extra data onto your account at any time you like. But the allotted data from the add-on card will not be subtracted until the high speed data allotment on your plan will be used up. While this means you never have to worry about running out of data when you need it the most, there is one downside to it though-- the add-on data does not include carryover. You need to use it all up or it'll be expired at the end of your billing cycle.

  1. Literally and unironically worse than Total Wireless or Straight Talk.

  2. Boooo!
I was hopeful for the $25/mo unlimited talk & text w/ 1 GB until I read the last two sentences. Carryover is a must!

    1. @ Anonymous 7:03 PM: Did you know Simple Mobile currently has unlimited talk text and data (3GB high speed) for $20 with autopay?

    2. Is that 3GB offer for $25/mo available in stores or on-line only?

    3. Meh! 3GB deal prolly only good for a few months

    4. The terms of the deal say that the 3GB is good as long as you stay with the plan.
