T-Mobile Users Experiencing Service Outage in Houston
Have you been experiencing some service issues with T-Mobile? It looks like there is currently a service issue affecting users in Houston.

A number of customers complained about the issue on Reddit. The problem, as it turns out, affected users from various parts of the city. Some have reported that they are having problems with data and Wi-Fi calling. In other areas, users reported that Wi-Fi calling functioned without any issues. There were also reports that several customers got a "No Service" message on their phones.

T-Mobile CTO Neville Ray took to his Twitter account to confirm the service issue affecting their users. Ray pointed to a "major fiber cut" as the one responsible for the problem. The executive promised that their engineers are already working to have the issue fixed.

It looks like this massive outage is not only affecting T-Mobile customers. According to DownDetector.com, there are also a number of AT&T and MetroPCS customers who are affected by the outage.

Hopefully, this issue gets fixed as soon as possible so that T-Mo customers can enjoy using their service once again.

  2. It started like this for me yesterday. Around noon Houston time I sent 2 texts that went through. Then about after 1 I noticed data wasn't working. Then I noticed texts and calls wasn't. So, after that I was playing with settings data off and on and checking wireless connections but it didn't want to register to T-mo or even ATT. Then, about 230pm I was able to call and even text. However, data wouldn't work still; then calling and texting started to fail again shortly after that. Around 6pm everything worked for me again. The news said a fiber optic wire was destroyed by a third party construction company that Comcast uses. The wires were shared by Comcast and T-mob I believe.
