Without a doubt, Apple's iPhone devices are always an in demand model in the market. Even if they are a few years old, they still make a great purchase for anyone looking to upgrade their device. For many, however, switching to an iPhone device can be a costly move. This is particularly true for those who are buying a newly released flagship iPhone.
Thankfully, Boost Mobile is currently selling pre-owned iPhone 6s 16GB devices at a price of $20 in select stores. That's a savings of $280 on the price of the pre-owned model. If you are interested in this deal, here is more information about this offer:
The promotion was shared on HowardForums and on Dragonicwarfare's YouTube channel. And as explained on the terms and conditions of the offer, you will need to port-in a number to a new line of service on Boost Mobile (ports from Sprint or Sprint-running MVNOs are not eligible). You need to activate service under the Sprint prepaid brand's $50 or $60 plan. You will also need to pay an activation fee and at least $50 for your first month of service.
The iPhone 6s offered in this deal is a pre-owned device. Despite this, you still get the same features available on a brand new iPhone 6s. This means you are getting a device with a 4.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 750x1334 pixels and 326 ppi density. From within, the phone operates on a 1.84GHz Dual-Core Apple A9 APL0898 processor with 2GB of RAM and PowerVR GT7600 graphics processor. The built-in memory available in this particular model is 16GB.
The phone also comes with a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual LED flash and an f/2.2 aperture. In front, there is a secondary camera with a 5-megapixel sensor. The back camera can record 4K video. Battery-wise, the phone has a built-in 1715mAh battery that lasts up to 10 days in standby and 14 hours of talk time. The phone comes with 3D Touch control and runs iOS 9 upon release.
Since it is a pre-owned device, you get a 90-day warranty coverage from Boost Mobile so you can return the device if it is defective. In exchange, you can get another device or have it fixed.
The offer runs from June 5 to June 30, 2018. It is only available from participating dealers in select markets, not from boostmobile.com or national retailers like Best Buy. Only one device is available per line. The discount is applied towards the phone purchase, excluding taxes.

What is their unlock policy on a used device?
ReplyDeleteSame as new.
DeleteCorrect, 12 months paid service.
DeleteWhy don't these promos ever offer the Plus models?
ReplyDelete6s plus is $149 on port in, I have them at my store in denver if you want one
DeleteOkay phone, garbage coverage.
ReplyDeleteWhen did Boost start activation fees? Do they routinely waive them?
ReplyDeleteactivation fees are never waived, Dealers sell phones at cost, So its impossible to waive activation fee, Plus depending how long your number port in takes, Some carriers like tracfone can take up to 3 hours to release your number.
DeleteBoost doesn't charge activation fees. Boost dealers do, as do virtually all mobile dealers.
DeleteYou can buy phones online or at big box stores and activate them online or calling and not pay an activation fee but you won't get a $20 iPhone 6s that way.
@Dennis.. must be an as per dealer thing to charge an activation fee or not. The store by me never does, but they DO charge a $20 return fee.
Deleteso ask for this at local boost mobile stores only?
DeleteWouldn't even buy an unlocked 32GB 7 Plus for more than $50.
ReplyDeleteBetween thicc bezels and a childproofed OS, I'm not giving the Apple ecosystem a chance unless it's cheap enough to sockdrawer if I hate everything about it.
Of course, it also needs to be well specced enough to not be a piece of electronic waste.
When you can literally get a free 32GB droid with a >5in screen from Metro, it's about time Apple started getting competitive with their pricing on larger screen models from 2017 and beyond.
Otherwise carriers can keep their marked up fruit phones.
what a mouth full of hate
Delete"what a mouth full of hate"
DeleteHe can't afford an iPhone X, so it is all sour grapes and bitterness.
honestly the only ones that can compete with newer iphones are the s8 and s9 of samsung, theyre expensive for a reason.
DeleteWhat are batteries like on a 2-3 year old non-refurbished phone?
ReplyDeletewe had problems on the iphone 6 used with bad batteries, Corporate told us that the 6s promotion will all have new batteries
DeleteSlow...but that's ok. I products are the "best" after all.
Delete$29 iPhone battery replacement at the Apple Store through October.
DeleteIt's a nice racket, isn't it? Apple charges you $29 to replace the defective batteries they should replace for free.
DeleteIf they could find a way for customers to pay for antennagate, or to unbend a wilted iPhone 6 plus, they would do that too.
Apple replaced defective 6 and 6S batteries earlier. $29 replaces worn out batteries, or any battery you want replaced. Mine had 85% capacity and my iPhone was not being slowed. I saved $50 plus $3 tax.
Deletefor me 16GB on a phone that doesnt have sd card slot is too little
ReplyDeleteanyone know if metro pcs iphone se 32gb still free with port? im not seeing it published
ReplyDeleteIt's still available. Get an Amazing iPhone On Us | MetroPCS®
DeleteBoost Mobile program Boost Dealz received alot of deserved negative ratings on the Google Play Store and the app has now been removed from google play store. The Boost Dealz app can only be installed through sideloading the apk and Boost Mobile provides instructions of how to load the app. I discovered that Boost Dealz was missing from the google play store when I was attempting to edit my original negative review. I was attempting to add a warning to users of the app to not download and start any of their game or info apps for credit, the last 6 apps I loaded for credit all started and worked and I received the credit but the apps run in the background even when "force stop" and average data usage of 250mb in a day about 10mb each hour and that is shown in the app cache. My phone was getting hot and the battery was draining quickly even with just one downloaded app installed. The other negative point I was going to add was that the surveys are cutting off AT completion so all survey answers were lost and on one survey a notice appeared on the screen giving Boost Mobile $5.60 in E-rewards while I received no credit
ReplyDeleteThe Boost Dealz app will stop working on all phones as of 7/29/18 according to the statement Boost Mobile issued today. All credits received until 7/29/18 will be applied to customers accounts if they exceed 1000 points total
