Sony Xperia XA1 Price Dropped on Amazon and Focus Camera

Back in February last year, Sony unveiled a series of smartphones under a "super mid-range" moniker. Among these devices was the Xperia XA1, a noteworthy smartphone offered by the company. Even though this device has long been succeeded by the Xperia XA2, it still proves to be a stunner.

This is all thanks to the specs that it comes with. For starters, the Xperia XA1 is equipped with a 5.0-inch display with a 720p resolution. Powering the device from within is a 2.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P20 processor with 3GB of RAM, 32GB onboard storage, and a microSD card slot for up to 256GB memory expansion.

To take pictures with this phone, you can use the 23-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video recording quality. In front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus. The Xperia XA1 also comes with a 2300mAh battery with a capacity of up to 11.3 hours of talk time and 23 days in standby mode. Upon release, this phone runs Android 7.0 Nougat. But it has since been updated to Android 8.0 Oreo OS.

If you're on the lookout for a new device to buy, the Xperia XA1 is being offered at a discounted price right now. On Amazon, you can get this smartphone for only $180 with one-day shipping free. Focus Camera, on the other hand, offers it for $189.99 with no tax depending on where your residence is. Prior to today's discount, the Xperia XA1 cost $299 on Amazon and $199 on Focus Camera. If you decide to get the XA1 from Amazon, you can get it in black color only. Meanwhile, there are three colors available from Focus Camera: White, Gold, and Black.

Will you be getting this device?

At last camera with a good enough resolution for very sharp photos.

  3. No volte on T-mobile.

Better to just get a universally compatible Moto g6 for $200 with airtime from Best Buy.

  4. Why don't they just call it the Sony BezelMaster

    1. ....Because the rest of us are concerned about much more important things than the modern obsession with bezels.

There's about 20 different things to consider about a smartphone before you have to start worrying about things like bezels.

    2. Now that smoll bezels are a thing, putting big bezels on a phone signifies poor corporate leadership.

Everyone loves a big screen, but you gotta shave some of that fluff.

    3. Battery life, screen brightness, OS upgrade policy of the manufacturer including security, manufacturer reputation for reliability, processor speed, wireless charging capability, waterproof or not, NFC, expandable storage, gigabytes of RAM, a usable screen of at least 5" in size....

Just a few of the things that are far more important on a phone then bezel size.

I think those who are obsessed with bezels on phones would have been the people going into a car dealership in 1959 and asking about the height of the fins as the first thing.
