Best Buy Offering Samsung Galaxy S9+ for $624.99

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is one of the sought after devices in the market today. Thanks to its stunning specs, it's no surprise why there are several who would find interest in this smartphone.

Even though it's been a few months since the Galaxy S9+ was released, it's still priced at an expensive price tag. Right now, you can get the U.S. version of the Galaxy S9+ unlocked for $839.99; which is still a pretty expensive price. But there is one way you can get this smartphone and save up to $215 on your purchase.

As of this writing, Best Buy is selling a certified refurbished model of the Galaxy S9+ for only $624.99. This model comes with a 64GB memory. Other notable specs of this device include a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440x2960 resolution. It runs on a 2.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM and the Adreno 630 GPU. It has a microSD card slot for up to 400GB memory expansion.

Camera-wise, the Galaxy S9+ comes with a dual-rear facing configuration with two 12-megapixel sensors and a 4K video recording capability. In front, there is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Battery-wise, the phone comes with a 3500mAh battery capacity with built-in wireless charging. Other notable features include an iris scanner, facial recognition, fingerprint sensor, and IP68 water and dust resistance. Upon release, the phone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo.

The model available at a discount on Best Buy is compatible with all U.S. carriers. You can take your pick from the Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, and Coral Blue option. If the Galaxy S9+ has been on your list for some time now, this is a good deal you can go for. There is no mention on an end date so make sure to check the website if it is still available.

  1. If someone has waited this many months for the S9 or S9 Plus, they should probably wait a few more until the Black Friday sales, when they can get $200 - $300 discounts, sometimes stacked on Buy One, Get One free sales, and $200 trade-ins for old phones.

  2. So $625 for a refurbished one. Or maybe pay TMO $840 and get two (BOGO offer). There is some fine print on the TMO offer, I'm not going to dig into that but beware. I think you might need to keep service on 2 TMO lines for two months for the paperwork to go thru.

  3. Overpriced AND refurbished?

Get this trash out to the curb.
