Get 3GB of Data Free With Republic Wireless' Back-to-School Promotion

Republic Wireless, an MVNO running under Sprint and T-Mobile's network, has just unveiled a back-to-school promotion. The promotion includes the purchase of either a Moto E4 or Moto G6, which comes bundled with a free 3-month plan.

In more detail, the back-to-school promotion requires the purchase of either device. When you get the phone, you will have access to Republic Wireless' 3-month service that comes with unlimited talk, text, and 3GB of data for each month. In addition to a free 3-month service, the MVNO is giving a free Ventev white powercell 2600 mAh portable battery. This battery pack is valued at $20.

With the plan and battery pack included in the bundle, you only have to pay for your phone purchase:
  • Moto E4 - $99 (regular price $129)
  • Moto G6 - $199.99 (regular price $249)
In order to qualify for the bundled promotion, you have to buy either device by 11:59 PM EST of August 10, 2018. You then need to activate the phone by September 30 or the free data will be forfeited.

Once the 3-month period is over, you will be charged an extra $15 per month to keep the data. Adding the unlimited talk and text plan at $15 per month, that brings the bill to $30 per month; excluding taxes and fees. That is, however, if you wish to continue using the same plan. But if you wish to downgrade, you can do so at any time.

This promotion runs until August 10th. There are reports saying it will be available again on August 26th until September 7th.
