Boost Mobile is First to Carry Wiko Smartphone in the US

Just last week, French smartphone maker, Wiko, revealed that it will be entering the U.S. market this month. It looks like their plans are a bit sooner than expected.

Earlier today, the company announced that its first smartphone is launching at Boost Mobile.

The Wiko Ride is an affordable smartphone that includes a 5.45-inch screen. From within, the device runs on a 2GHz Quad-Core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage with memory expansion of up to 32GB via a microSD card.

The Wiko Ride also comes with a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. A 2,500mAh removable battery is available on the back. Upon release, the phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie.

You can purchase the Wiko Ride at Boost Mobile today at a promotional price of $39.99 before it returns to its regular pricing at $79.99.
