T-Mobile to Exclusively Carry the OnePlus 7 Pro

The OnePlus 7 Pro is one of the much anticipated devices to be released this month. Unfortunately, it will exclusively be available on T-Mobile.

Earlier today, T-Mobile unveiled that it will be the only US-based carrier to offer the device once it is released on May 17th. This announcement does not really come as a shock to everybody, especially since T-Mobile also exclusively carried the OnePlus 6T last year.

Apart from announcing availability, T-Mobile has not yet unveiled the exact pricing for the device. There are rumors, however, that expect the OnePlus 7 Pro to cost more than $700. T-Mobile customers who opt to buy the phone may be in for a discount when they opt to buy on a payment plan. It's also possible that T-Mobile will offer a trade-in promotion for the device.

For those who are not customers of the carrier, it's also possible that OnePlus will offer an unlocked version of the OnePlus 7 Pro later this year. You can keep checking their online store for any updates on when this will be available.

In addition to keeping mum on the pricing details of the phone, there's not too many revealed specs available. Many believe that this device will not be waterproof since this only costs more money to the users.

We can't wait for May 14th for the big reveal.

  1. One thing One Plus has always done since the One Plus 5 days: spread rumors that it will cost more, then release the phone for cheaper than those rumors. Though really the One Plus 7 (standard edition) shouldn't have a reason to cost any more and will probably cost $600 US.
