Palm Phone Now Sold Unlocked

Back in November, the Palm Phone was launched as a companion to regular smartphones.

Shortly after, it was offered as a standalone device. This led Verizon to sell the device in early April so that a second smartphone won't be needed.

Today, availability for the Palm Phone has expanded a little more since Verizon's exclusivity on the device has come to a close. Starting today, anyone can pre-order the device through Palm.com. Pre-ordering this device gives the user a free Palm Leather Case with wrist and neck lanyards, and free shipping.

Now that Verizon's exclusivity is over, the Palm Phone can be purchased unlocked. This means it is compatible with any US carrier, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Metro by T-Mobile.

If you are interested in pre-ordering the unlocked Palm Phone, you can get it at $350.
