Visible Removes Data Speed Cap for New & Existing Customers

Good news to all Visible users!

Earlier today, Verizon announced that it will be removing the data speed cap on the accounts of both new and existing customers. This decision was made as a way of getting more people to sign up for the Verizon-owned prepaid service.

Ever since its launch last year, Visible continues to offer just one prepaid plan at $40 per month. The plan includes unlimited talk, text, data, and mobile hotspot. Prior to today's announcement, the plan had a data speed cap of 5Mbps. Thanks to the new decision, customers can enjoy more of the plan at the same price. Mobile hotspot data speeds continue to max out at 5Mbps.

Verizon did not mention until when this uncapped data speed offer will be available. Many believe it will be around for a limited time. But as the wireless network explained, new and existing customers that sign up within the promotion period can enjoy the offer for as long as they remain a customer.
