Boost Mobile Unveils Coolpad Surf + New Data-Only Plan

Boost Mobile has just unveiled a couple of new products targeted towards internet users. The first product comes as a new data-only plan, while the second product is a new hotspot device that the data-only plan can be used on.

The Sprint prepaid brand revealed a new data-only plan that costs $50 per month. This plan offers no less than 50GB of data that can be used with any 4G LTE device; an option could be the new Coolpad Surf hotspot device that Boost Mobile revealed today.

The new hotspot device is said to come with "long-lasting battery life" and has an easy-to-use web interface for monitoring data consumption. It is also said to support up to 10 devices, features Wi-Fi connectivity, and is powered by a Qualcomm MDM9207 processor.

The Coolpad Surf costs $50 (plus tax) and can be purchased from Boost Mobile's website or via its stores throughout the country starting today.
