The Honor 20 Pro now has a date for its global release. According to sources, the smartphone will be released in different markets around the world on August 2. Unfortunately, it's unclear whether or not this smartphone will be making its way to the U.S.

The Honor 20 Pro was officially launched in China around the time that the US banned Huawei. Starting August 2, however, the device will be making its way to Russia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Malaysia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and many more countries.

As for its specs, the Honor 20 Pro comes with a large 6.26-inch "All View" IPS LCD screen. It is powered by a powerful Kirin 980 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone also features a quad-camera configuration on the back with a 48-megapixel main sensor, 8-megapixel telephoto sensor, 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel camera with LED.

There is also a 32-megapixel in front for video calls and selfies. The video can record 4K UHD videos. Other notable features include a 4,000mAh battery, Android 9.0 Pie, NFC, and a fingerprint scanner.

When it goes on sale in Russia next week, it will be sold at a price of $555. The price still varies according to the country it will be sold in.
