Verizon's 5G Service Now in 15 Cities

Verizon has just expanded its 5G network.

Earlier today, the Big Red expanded its network to two new cities, making its coverage reach 15 cities as of this writing.

Today's 5G coverage expansion makes the service available in Dallas, TX and Omaha, NE. In more detail, you can experience 5G coverage in these areas:

Dallas: Children's Medical Center, Dallas Comedy House, Dallas Theological Seminary, Deep Ellu, Downtown Dallas, Jade Waters Pool, Knox/Henderson, Medical Center Area, Parkland Memorial Hospital, The Curtain Club, Turtle Creek Park, and Uptown.

Omaha: Central High School, Creighton University, Heartland of America Park, Old Market, Omaha Children's Museum, The Durham Museum, and The Orpheum Theatre.

With the addition of today's newly expanded cities, Verizon's 5G coverage now covers the following cities:

  • Atlanta
  • Boise
  • Chicago
  • Denver
  • Detroit
  • Indianapolis
  • Minneapolis
  • New York City
  • Panama City
  • Phoenix
  • Providence
  • St. Paul
  • Washington, D.C.

Right now, Verizon has three devices that come with 5G support. These phones are the LG V50 ThinQ 5G, Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G, and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. Thanks to its 5G Moto Mod, the Moto Z4 can also access the service.
