Report: Apple Start Accepting Orders for the New iPhone SE Soon

It looks like Apple could be releasing its latest smartphone pretty soon. According to reports, the new Apple iPhone SE will be available for orders starting today.

The report comes from 9to5Mac, which shared that they already have device information obtained by their "highly trusted reader". If this is true, then it could really be possible that Apple will start selling the device soon.

First things first: the device will simply be called the iPhone SE. The report shares that the new device will not be called the iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 9. It also shares that the device will come in White, Black, and (PRODUCT) RED color options. As for storage options, you have your usual choices: 64GB, 128GB, and 512GB.

In addition to the device, Apple is rumored to be selling some accessories for the device. Among which include some black and white silicone cases and leather cases that come in red, black, and midnight blue color options.

The specs of the new iPhone SE have not yet been officially announced. But if the rumors are to be believed, the device is expected to carry the same design as the iPhone 8. It will also be equipped with an A13 Bionic processor and have a physical Home button with Touch ID fingerprint reader.

With regards to the price, there are reports that the phone could start selling at $399. But again, this is not yet official. We'll know for sure once Apple unveils the device.
