Simple Mobile, Total Wireless Partner With doc.com to Offer Telehealth Services

Simple Mobile and Total Wireless have both partnered with doc.com to provide telehealth services to customers.

According to reports, the new service will come as a $5.99 per month add-on to customers. But there is an option to get the health service as a standalone service for $9.99 per month. The $5.99 per month rate is exclusive to the two Tracfone-owned brands since they have a partnership with doc.com.

As a customer, however, you have access to 24 hours a day medical and psychological care. You can also get free written prescriptions to your local pharmacy.

In order to add the health service to your plan, you need to be an active subscriber for at least 3 days. As of this writing, the service is only available in select states. The ones included on the list are:

  • Arizona
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Hawaii
  • Idaho
  • Indiana
  • Iowa
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Mississippi
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • North Carolina
  • North Dakota
  • Tennessee

  1. That's nice to know, I've got several customers that could really use that psychological care part. :)

  2. Instead of this, I hope the FCC makes the wireline ISP's do their job and install fiber. Then I could video conference my own physician.
