Boost Mobile Quietly Increases Price on iPhone 7 Offer

Earlier this month, Boost Mobile announced that it was offering the iPhone 7 for $29.99. This promotion was supposed to be available until October 5, 2020. But it looks like the offer has been short lived.

This was spotted by Wave7 Research on a report that the Dish Network prepaid brand sent out to its customers last August 27. According to the report, Boost has increased the price of the device to $49.99. This comes as a surprise, especially since there was no announcement made on Boost's part. Additionally, the original end date of the promotion remains in place.

Aside from the iPhone 7, Boost has also made changes to the prices of other devices. These are the affected devices and their new prices:

  • Apple iPhone 7 Plus 32GB - $149.99 (was $129.99)
  • Apple iPhone 8 Plus 64GB - $149.99 (was $129.99)
  • LG Monarch - $59.99 (was $49.99)
  • Motorola Moto E - $59.99 (was $49.99)
