Hello Mobile Unveils New $15/Month Plan

Hello Mobile has unveiled its newest wireless plan. Formerly called Q-Link Mobile, the Sprint and T-Mobile MVNO re-branded itself in April 2019. And after a year, they are making headlines by offering a $15 per month new plan.

The new plan includes unlimited talk, text, and 4GB of high-speed data at $15 per month. The price already includes taxes and fees. It also comes with free activation and unlimited calls to more than 60 countries. Hotspot is unavailable.

Unfortunately though, the plan comes with hard-capped data. This means that if your 4GB allotted data gets used up before the billing period is over, your data will get shut off. There is an option to purchase a one-time data top-up to the account at $10 per GB.

With the addition of the new plan, Hello Mobile now offers these plan options:

  • $5 per month plan - includes 500 minutes, unlimited text, and 500MB of data
  • $10 per month plan - includes unlimited talk, text, and 1GB high-speed data
  • $14 per month plan - includes unlimited talk, text, and 2GB high-speed data
  • $15 per month plan - includes unlimited talk, text, and 4GB of high-speed data
  • $20 per month plan - includes unlimited talk, text, and 5GB high-speed data
  • $25 per month plan - includes unlimited talk, text, and unlimited data with first 15GB at LTE data speeds

As always, Hello Mobile offers a free second month to new customers. To know more about their plans, visit this page.

  1. As of late, the prepaid competition is really heating up and it is good to see! Prepaid wireless is really the way to go.

    1. Unless you want good "unlimited" data. 15GB of LTE is a bad joke. I need at least 100GB with hotspot privilege. What I need is getting harder to find and more expensive. For example, just a few months ago Boom! used to offer 400GB/month of LTE for $60, its gone now.

  2. High speed data is only 4G. Why don't they provide 4GLTE?

    1. The $25 plan? They've had that for some time now. I've been with them 2+ years and that plan has been available the whole time.

  4. Yeah, it is a joke. I will stay with Metro By T-Mobile for the time being.

    1. I had to switch to ATT because the post merger data slowdown made it so it was not worth staying on unlimited on a network so slow that I could not pull more than 25GB per month. Is Metro still fast for you?
