LG has just taken the wraps off of its newest entry-level device. Despite its price tag, however, the phone boasts of a display screen with military-grade durability.

The device, called LG Q31, comes with a 5.7-inch HD+ display. From within, the phone operates on an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 processor with 3GB of RAM, 32GB onboard storage, and up to 2TB memory expansion via a microSD card.

Camera-wise, the phone has a couple of sensors on the back with a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens. In front, there is another 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Other features include a 3,000mAh battery, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and a micro USB port for charging. It also has MIL-STD 810G certification and is available in Metallic Silver.

What's pretty neat about this phone is that it has a weight of just 145 grams, making it light to carry around.

The phone will be available starting September 25th in South Korea for KRW 209,000 or less than $180. At this price, it is the cheapest smartphone that LG launched this year. Hopefully, LG decides to bring this phone to the US too.
