LG's Latest 5G Smartphone is Official and It Costs Below $400

For a while, it seemed like the 5G devices being released to the public all have an expensive price tag attached to their names. But lately, we've been seeing a few affordable 5G devices get introduced as well. The most recent to be added to that list is the LG K92 5G.

LG recently took the wraps off of its newest 5G smartphone called the K92 5G. This device comes with a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with an FHD+ resolution. From within, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 690 processor with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot for memory expansion.

To take pictures, there is a quad camera setup on the back; namely a 64-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and another 2-megapixel camera for depth. In front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. The device also has a 4,000mAh battery and USB-C charger. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, a fingerprint reader, and is MIL-STD-810G compliant.

While this is a 5G-ready smartphone, it doesn't come with the price that other devices have. Instead, it is priced below $400, depending on where you will purchase the phone from. It will be launching on AT&T on November 6th for $395 before it makes its way to Cricket Wireless for $359. By November 19th, you can pick up the device at US Cellular for $350.
