Verizon's Most Affordable 5G Smartphone Costs $400

TCL has just taken the wraps off of its newest 5G smartphone, the TCL 10 5G UW.

The smartphone manufacturer has partnered with Verizon to produce an exclusive device that will be the most affordable 5G option they offer. And true enough, its specs make for a pretty decent phone.

For starters, the TCL 10 5G UW comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with HDR10 video playback support. It is powered by a Snapdragon 765G processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

The rear is home to three cameras: a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel super wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. In front, you'll find a 16-megapixel camera with 4K video recording quality. The phone also has a 4,500mAh battery with quick charge capacity.

As a Verizon-exclusive phone, the TCL 10 5G UW is compatible with the wireless carrier's 5G Ultra Wideband (mmWave) network that is now live in 55 cities. It can also be used with Verizon's low-band spectrum Nationwide 5G network that recently rolled out.

Verizon will be selling this phone at $400 starting October 29th.
